Slat conveyors can be used in severe applications such as handling hot, oily, or abrasive material where rubber or canvas belt conveyors are impractical. The conveyors can be made of wood, formed steel or structural steel slats. The type of slat is determined by size, weight, and properties of the product being conveyed. Slat conveyors are extremely versatile in handling a multitude of products, from raw materials, through manufacturing process, to finished products. Conveyors have slats attached to double-strand steel sidebar bushed roller chains and teesvailable in all practical widths, lengths and heights. This conveyor is known for a long production life with the least amount of maintenance & repair. When designed properly, these are a very useful addition to a manufacturing system.

Cleated Conveyor is designed to handle the aggressive transfer and elevation of materials like coal, potash, stone, gravel, bark chips, biomass pellets wood chips, etc. A Cleatted conveyor design locks free-flowing materials to the belt surface when the incline exceeds the capabilities of standard smooth belting. This prevents slip back of material and the costly production losses that go with it.

Normal conveyor belts have a limitation of angle of repose i.e maximum conveying angle of inclination is approximately 18° depending on the material. If steeper angles of inclinations are required the same is made possible by using Chevron Cleatted Belts.

• Chevron Conveyor Belt have rubber profiles that are integrally vulcanized with the top cover of the belt. These profiles am made with highly abrasion resistant rubber types and are offered in Softer Compounds (45 50 Shore) as also 60 shore materials. The profiles am shaped in such a manner that them is no need for special idlers and these can be run on conventional conveyors. The pitch of the Chevron ensures a smooth ride over flat return Idlers.
• Kwality Conveyor offers a wide range of Profiled Chevron Cleatted Belts, which make increased angles of 30° to 40° inclination possible. A high Angle Conveyor is a hybrid Design made from the principle similar to a bucket Elevator and keeping in mind low maintenance of a normal Belt conveyor, generally when the capacities are higher and the length of the elevator exceeds 19 MTRS a lot of maintenance is incurred during the operation of Bucket Elevator. So keeping in mind space constrain in plant and providing low maintenance Kwality Conveyor has come with this new design of Steep Angle Conveyor.

A centrifugal discharge elevator may be vertical at 90 Degree or inclined at 75 to 85 degree. Vertical elevators depend entirely on the action of centrifugal force to get the material into the discharge chute and must be run at speeds relatively high generally 30:1. Inclined elevators with buckets spaced apart or set close together may have the discharge chute set partly under the head pulley. Since they don't depend entirely on the centrifugal force to put the material into the chute, The bucket elevator is the enabling technology that permitted the construction of grain / Rice Elevators. A diverter at the top of the elevator allows the grain to be sent to the chosen bin.Bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps.

The Industrial Shuttle Conveyor is a unit designed for full-pallet applications. Common uses are for shipping lane accumulation or for a manual pallet-loading operation, but can also be used as a short transfer section in lieu of a 3- strand chain transfer conveyor.
